All homes in the Estate are required to be contextually sympathetic to the cultural heritage and natural topography of this part of Johannesburg, as well as natural features of the Estate itself. To this end, all new homes designed within the Estate must be submitted to The Neighbourhood Design Review Panel to ensure that the overall look and feel of the Estate is preserved while also upholding the collective best interest of all owners.
